Clay on road "no danger to motorists" MWH Quote
A Mersey Waste Holdings representative has told Hafod Action Group that the clay and debris dropped by their vehicles on the B5426 outside the landfill pose "no danger to motorists".
The planning permission clearly states that
"All waste haulage vehicles leaving the site shall pass through the vehicular cleansing facility provided in accordance with condition 9 above and shall have their wheels, underbodies and sides thoroughly cleansed before they leave the site."
It seems MWH do not understand their obligations in relation to the planning consent. This may explain why since the start of operations in August 2006 the road outside the landfill site has been constantly covered in debris originating from the site.

Laws and conditions were introduced for all to obey but money rules and companies are immune from the law.

Havocblagger, are you running out of ideas to try and work out who I am? There are several drivers posting comments but it is impossible to tell which is which most of the time.
When I entered into a debate at the start of the blog I was abused for not having the same opinion but agreed on the need to recycle more. It was when I discovered that false claims were being made, by the less evolved members of the protest, about people just doing their job. It was these hypocrits who chose to endanger life with recless driving and recieve an A.S.B.O. for their actions. Since then the threats have been removed from the site, I assume, to try and cover their tracks if any further charges are brought as instances still accure.
I am sorry if I offended any of the protest members who have done things more honourably for whom I have respect but I started taking the piss because no serious responses were being posted.
It is because of the threats against employees of MWH and any body else using the site that I chose to remain anonymous.

If you care to look back through the blog and have the intelligence to see which posts were mine before I became Hafodblogger you will see that I have repeatedly said I do not hold MWH or any driver responsible for the illegal landfill.
I blame WCBC and WAG for allowing it to open and I blame the EAW for not policing it properly. You have nothing to do with the site; if it closed tomorrow you would be sent to another landfill site to tip your vile cargo.
I see this blog as a bit of fun I can’t really take your comments seriously as they are pathetic in both content and presentation.
If you believe I have done anything illegal since the start of the protest why don’t you report me to the police?
The only threat keeping you from posting your details on the blog is the one I heard with my own ears when Mr Allan said if he discovers who JD is he will be sacked.

What you are really saying is it is okay for you to give us stick but you will delete any comments that show you for what you really are. Bullies and hypocrits with spell check.
When you started making bogus reports about drivers you used registration numbers didn't you? Who do you think the report affects most? The driver. How personal can you get?
You have slagged off councillors and staff, police, E.A., the Freemasons etc. Even a chippy owner. Do you still wonder why we are giving individuals abuse? I doubt Mrs Smout would be seen swerving around on the A483.
